I have spent over 15 minutes attempting to speak with someone in the flooring section to be put in hold. I spent another 4 minutes waiting to speak with a manager. Terrible, terrible service. I only need a 1000 sq feet of flooring! Business must be good to turn customers away.

Went into store after being told they had 7 of the pegboard I wanted on hand, personnel at the pro desk Middle-aged man with beard, wasn’t very helpful. Had an Attitude, I felt like I was interrupting him from staring at his screen. Store was not busy at the time, and he appeared to be bored. He made little to no effort to locate what I was looking for, he Told me that it did show 7 on inventory of this product, but they generally use it for their displays and maybe that’s where it is

Just because of sales person mistake I am suffering. Bought a water heater last month, added insulation too. Used flexiti card for the payment. After that cancelled installation and only picked water heater and arranged my own installation.
When I received flexiti payment statement, installation amount was also included in the statement. Rona advised that this is flexiti mistake. On group call with rona and flexiti, rona staff was ready to fix the issue as soon. Waited 2 days but no solution. Visited rona and explained everything once again to the staff. Again my wait time started but no one from Rona contacted me.
After 2 days, today called 3 times but just transferred my call to unknown department who put me on hold every time.
I want to start my bill payments as soon but I am strucked between Rona and Flexiti. I don't know what they are doing only blaming each other.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
