The manager took his time to answer my thousands of questions and wasn't even forceful at all, I left without having made my decision and called the next morning - i had everything with the next few hours. Unfortunately my washer wasn't working properly, but one quick call and and I'll have a new one on my doorstep tomorrow! Super accommodating, they even put together the furniture and installed my appliances!!

I went in for a couch...found 1 payed for it took 2 weeks to get it after I was told I was getting in the next day....the manager at that store is extremely arrogant and disrespectful....I had a family emergency I had to deal with at that time and the manager had called me because I was 3 days past my payment he left a message saying come in and pay today or I go get your couch now ..Headquarters will be hearing from me. Very unpleased
