The fact that under any circumstance, whether being verbally berated or not and this employee was not, to make a comment about a customers ‘inability to have a conversation with the state of their mental health’ over the phone, is absolutely disgusting; not to mention a human rights issue. It was miscommunication between staff leading to this customers confusion which ended with her in tears and easy home cancelling her order outright. It’s not to be said that there aren’t good staff members at this location.. this customer as well as my own experiences and other people we know say there are staff there that are great, but this one employee is far too comfortable hiding behind a phone unable to address a lack of in store communication so instead of troubleshooting within she simply cancels the transaction. Head office will be expected to respond in a timely fashion.

I can’t remember exactly but I was looking for $10k at one point, and the cost of borrowing was almost $20k by the end of the term?? I went to TD and got the same loan but the terms were 100 times better than that. Now, if a bank won’t touch you, easy financial is for you
