I bought a mattress which cost me about 1800 dollars .. You expect quality. You get disappointment.
The mattress failed fast. It sagged early. Support disappeared. You wake up sore every day. Your back hurts. Your sleep gets worse.
The surface feels uneven. One spot sinks. Another feels hard. You turn all night. You never rest.
Materials feel cheap. The edges collapse when you sit. The fabric wears fast. This looks old after a short time.
Now it has a big hole. The damage makes it unusable. I contacted the company for a replacement. They refused.
They blamed the warranty label. The tag was missing. They used that excuse to deny replacement. No help. No solution.
Customer service wastes your time. Replies take days. You feel ignored.
You pay premium money. You get a broken mattress and no support. Do not buy this mattress. .. just to be fair (caramella.)
The branch's agent which I bought it from her. She was amazing and she did everything to help me but she couldn't either. Just because I didn't have the tag.Labour, which was attached to the mattress.When I bought it, I probably threw it without paying attention

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
