I went to Rona today with my husband to pick up a snow blower and we did pick up the snow blower and manager Cody and John they help us out of the way we were very pleased with their services mostly you go anywhere nobody even cares but they really showed lot of care I was very happy with from their services thank you and John for taking care of us may God bless you always

Just really wanted to thank Livi in appliances for his humble and trustworthy service.
We are are so lucky to have the experience in dealing with him.
He gave us a friendly greeting upon arrival and very knowledgeable with us finding what we needed.
Rona has some great prices and definitely happy with the choices we made.
I like that there isn't so many products to look at when choosing a washer ; which made our shopping easier ( no products overload ) , it was straight to the point and we still had different varieties ( top loads, front loads ) to compare to what we are looking for.

We found the fridge we wanted for the price we wanted. The issue we had was getting it delivered by Friday, went to another major home improvement/ appliance store in the area but they couldn't confirm a delivery time. We went to Rona and thankfully dealt the Winston who was really helpful and tried his best to get us the fridge on time, he understood our frustration at our situation. We got the fridge on time and we're happy with our purchase.

Went to pick up an item. Not on shelf, older gentleman told me they had in back room. Directed me to staff that could help. Two cashiers and two young guys doing nothing but waiting for end of shift. Asked one of them who then told me they got none in the back, despite being told otherwise. No offence, you there til 8pm, help a guy out, thats the job!

How much time will it take to process my order?

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:

> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)

NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.

Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
