I appreciate that issues can happen, but a facility should have regular pest control and proper sanitation. Unfortunately, due to this condition, I chose to cancel my unit. I hope the facility improves maintenance and hygiene for future customers.

I go to my unit frequently, always hear people breathing heavy/snoring, but there are no cars in parking lot. It's SO DIRTY with garbage littered all around the garage/hallways. There used to be 2 washrooms- management made one just for them, the public one is disgusting all the time, and LOCKED on the weekends- why?? The office smells horribly of BO (body odour) please ask your staff to shower and wear DEODORANT. Someone needs to get this place back in order ASAP. ACCESS STORAGE, PLEASE AUDIT THIS PLACE, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.
