    I have decided to take the time to write a review expressing our disappointing experience in your store. We purchased a snow blower Dec 31. The first part of the transaction was pleasant. The salesman was informative and friendly. We were then sent to Customer Service to complete the transaction and to arrange delivery. The customer service representative (Sandra) was rude and abrupt from the beginning. We were told there was going to be delivery fee and my husband asked to speak to the manager as the purchase exceeded $1,000. The "Manager" (Tara) approached us with the same tone of abruptness as Sandra. We were informed that the store contracts a 3rd party to do their deliveries. The experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will never return to the store. Maybe management should set higher standards with their customer care as online shopping is a more convenient option. If anything I hope you take a closer look at your frontline staff.

    AVOID THIS STORE: I’ve had nothing but trouble with the people working the customer service desk.Especially the manager I need to return the stuff bought 3 days ago from different store and tired to return guy(Manager)didn’t even scan the receipt and said his system is not picking up others store receipt I was standing in front and didn’t even bother to scan just saw from different store and won’t return it.

    Karim at the RONA+ Burlington North location was incredibly helpful during our search for a fan. He took the time to truly understand our needs and provided accurate, honest, and thoughtful advice. Thanks to his recommendations, we found exactly what we were looking for and couldn’t be happier. We would gladly recommend him. If all employees offer the same level of service, this place is going to be unbeatable. An outstanding experience overall.

    Went on Saturday evening,store empty.Was looking for flooring as their website said there was plenty in stock.The associate assisting me could not find it.Was told they were closing soon I was there around 725.Went out of my way to go there,waste of time.The associate told me to come back the next day.Are you kidding me!First visit to this location and my last.What a disappointment to the Rona name.
