Had a wonderful experience at Brick Brampton, thanks to Ashok Salotra. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our recliner sofa. I bought a mattress and a queen bedframe at this purchase. My sales associate was Sabir. He was knowledgeable, but I did feel a bit rushed by him. I knew I came half hour before closing, but I should never feel rushed when making a large purchase.
He did help me with the shipping cost so I appreciate that.
This location has a decent selection of items, its worth taking a look.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life! We purchased a sofa set, and 5 appliances from the brick. The store manager upsold their warranty and noted that if we did not use it, it would be refunded as a store credit. When the time came to use the credit, we were told that we actually had 90 days to use it up, and the time had passed. This was never noted to us or told before purchase. When we brought this complaint up, the store manager was dismisive and when we told them we would never shop at the brick again, his reposonce was "that's okay".
Terrible manager, terrible experience, and terrible customer service. I would stear clear of any warranty they offer and be mindful before purchasing anything. Many other customers have complaints regarding their warranty. I would like to escalate this issue and find out if the brick actually cares about their customers. I will provide an update if this ever gets resolved. I have read that they comment on reviews to be responsive but don't actually resolve the issue.

Disappointing experience at the Brick. Be cautious of predatory warranty clauses and small print. They push a warranty purchase claiming if you do not use it, you can redeem it for in store credit. They neglect to inform you of the 90 day limitation to claim. Unfortunately we spent thousands at this store but will no longer be patrons of the Brick.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
