The absolute worst experience I’ve had at this location. Our order was delayed twice and didn’t arrive until almost three months later, which was already disappointing. When we came in to process the return, the customer service lady at the back counter was very rude, impatient, and dismissive. She spoke loudly while we were simply asking basic questions and even appeared to be trying to convince the manager not to refund our money, which I found very strange. My mother was also just trying to read the return receipt to make sure everything was correct, and the customer service lady abruptly said, “It’s all there, we’re not trying to keep your money,” in a sharp tone. We were polite the entire time, so the attitude felt completely unnecessary.
To be fair, the manager on shift was polite and did process the refund. However, the way the customer service lady handled the situation made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be.
Overall, this was a horrible customer service experience, and based on this interaction I would not recommend shopping at this location.

I walked into the Brick today and the sales rep, Sanjay, at the Brampton West location was very helpful. He wasn’t pushing me for a sale he listened to my want as well as my need and was very accommodating. He was very honest about the products I was looking at and helped me to find what I wanted within an affordable budget. I’m happy with my purchase.

Called this location looking for a Arcade system in The Bricks inventory after employee at the Coventry location wouldn't help. Ended up speaking to Ramneek K, she took the info of what I was looking for and was able to find exactly what I was looking for at the location that wouldn't assist me. She was very quick and professional over the phone and eventhough we had no luck at first finding it she actually went into a deeper look to find it. I was able to make the sale with her and payment all without going to the store and was very happy dealing with her. I was able to pick up same day and if I had to deal with someone again I would very much like dealing with her. Thanks Ramneek for all your help.

The most ridiculous and poor customer service. I went to pay off my card. The lady first sitting down 5 meter away is saying how can I help you then came to be the counter finally to just tell me information not pertaining to anything I required. Was very rude and not helpful. I have bought many things from the brick over the last decade I will not be going back ever.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
