    I had to have 2 quarts of a special paint mixed. I drove from Maple to the Kennedy, Lowe’s/Rona I noticed the staff was having a meeting near the paint section. I stood there, not even a second and Ekjot (I hope I got her name, right) was so efficient she came up to me and asked me what can I help you with and without hesitation she mixed the colours of the paint to perfection. While I was waiting, I was asked by three other staff members if I needed any assistance, how efficient is the staff.Hats off to management. They’re doing a great job! I would drive from Maple to Kennedy in Brampton just for that efficient staff… Keep up the great work!

    I would give zero stars if I could, but that’s not an option and honestly, I feel bad even giving one. Assistant Store Manager Anjali at RONA+ was just walking around, not assisting her coworkers, acting like she didn’t need to help because of her position. When I politely asked why she couldn’t lend a hand, she brushed it off and said, “They’re doing a good job, they don’t need my assistance,” and then walked away. It felt like she didn’t want to get her hands dirty simply because she holds a higher title which is very unprofessional. It’s honestly sad to see people like this in management roles when they clearly lack teamwork, leadership, and respect for others. Maybe that’s why there aren’t enough associates because management doesn’t know how to properly communicate or support their team. I really hope the Store Manager isn’t the same, and I’ll definitely be coming back to have a chat about this experience.
