    No one here wanted to help me find a curtain rod that they showed 4 in stock. First man kept telling me he was too busy to assist me, then found a lady that said ill have to try the other stores myself because it will take her too long to call the other stores to verify stock. Should of just bought on Amazon and saved myself the headache of poor customer service and dealing with people that had no intention or desire to help a customer find a product they could sell me

    Baba and Kamal were very helpful at the RONA store. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and made the experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate their assistance. Thank you!

    Very disappointed with my experience today. I came to purchase a snow blower but the seasonal manager did not have enough product knowledge to answer my questions. He kept using his phone and ignored my concerns wasting 25 minutes of my time. In the end he simply told me to order online. This is unacceptable customer service and I strongly do not recommend this store based on this experience.

    Worst store I’ve ever been in and even worse customer service. There is no respect and no one helps. If you do ask for help, they will send someone and stop hallway and walk away. Adrian is even worse and just yells at you. They really just be hiring anyone know a days.
