    Used this company for the first time and so happy I did. My house looks great. The cleaners were both friendly and professional. They wore masks and took covid precautions. My whole house looks amazing, no details were missed. Will use this company again.

    I didn't like the customer service over phone. The lady was not kind and talking to me in a challenging tone. Besides she was expecting me to know everything. So when I ask about something she says "as I told you" as if I am stupid and did not understand. Needs customer service training.

    I asked for a deep clean in every room did not get what I wanted horrible service in my opinion wasn’t clear on I had to clean house before they came , had no baseboards or anything washed and for the money I paid just wow!!!!!

    With merry maids starting the cleaning service at my home, I am getting so much time to spend with family. The ladies are very well trained, professional and the products that they used are of excellent quality. Whenever I needed a little deep cleaning in certain areas I can just call and let them know and it would be done.
