    I went to The Brick for several major purchases including a TV, dining table, dining chairs, and speaker stands. Gurleen was especially helpful throughout the process and was proactive about pointing out any promotions that were available, which I really appreciated. The live GPS tracking for the delivery truck was useful and made it easy to know exactly when to expect delivery. I now check with The Brick first before shopping elsewhere for the same product.

    went to The Bricks in Barrie to buy the mattress couple weeks ago. We met Nadir and he showed us the mattress as per our needs and liking. He Spent about an hour with us showing us different mattresses and told us the Pros and Cons. He was very knowledgeable and we had great experience there. Strongly recommending the Bricks at Barrie and Ask for Nadir, he will guide the best

    We purchased a TV for a Christmas present for my husband’s workshop on December 12./25. I told the salesman why we were buying it. Unfortunately, he received two TVs on Christmas Day for the same area so when I went to return the one TV to the Brick on December 29/25 they told me no because it was over seven days and my salesman didn’t write on the invoice that it was a Christmas present. I guess on my behalf, I should have read it more closely, but at the time of purchasing it was super busy and the receipt was just tucked away to keep So now the Brick has refused to refund my money on a brand new television that has not even been taken out of the box.

    I visited the brick recently to look for a TV set and sofas. immediately we were greeted by this person named imed. He seemed to be OK at first, but then he started to get really pushy. We weren’t too sure on what we were going to get and I wanted to take my time. He showed us a couple sofas and said to let him know then take your time. The minute we started walking around, looking for sofas. He was not too far behind us watching us and approaching us again and again. I felt really uncomfortable and rushed and pushy with the service. In the end we decided to leave and he pulls out a business card with his sales manager‘s name on it, crosses it out and write his name and sell number. This is very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location for any furniture needs.

    Dec 21st. They couldn't care less about you! All information on line says store is open until 6. No where on line or on the phone recording does it say shipping closes one hour earlier on wknds! They would not let me pick up two small boxes even though I pleaded and explained it would cost me 3 hours of driving the next day. So staying open to take your money is ok, but helping a customer. No way!! There was atleast 6 employees and 2 managers there at 5:15 that could have picked up the 10 lb boxes. Absolutely not a care givin or apology! I am positive im not the first one! Happy you saved $30 in wages as you lost a customer.
