    Good day. I cannot believe this is happening in the 21st century, at the end of 2025. I ordered an Ego blower for $400 on November 10th. When I placed the order, I was told the maximum delivery time would be November 17th. On November 18th, I called Rona. I waited 25 minutes on hold while they were apparently “trying to find my order,” only to be told to call again the next day. The next day, I called again and spoke with Jessica — and once again, I waited over 20 minutes on hold. After all that, I got the same answer: “We will call you back.” Of course, nobody called me back. Today is November 21st — 11 days since I placed the order. I have no idea where the package is coming from — maybe from Easter Island or Antarctica — because I genuinely don’t understand how a shipment within the same country can take this long. And you know what they told me? That I might have to wait another two weeks. This is an absolute disaster. Unbelievable unprofessionalism. I regret coming to this store and spending $2,000 on an Ego snowblower, because at this point I don’t want to give this place a single dollar of profit. I am likely going to call Rona’s head office, because this level of disregard for customers is shocking. The waiting times, the empty promises to call back, the complete lack of responsibility — it’s unreal. Are you delivering items with a dog sled team? What is going on? Extremely disappointed. Shame on Rona.

    CAUTION: we were just advised that due to their new scheduling, some departments may or may not be open during regular business hours. We were told its best to call the store prior to sending a staff member to determine if they have any staff in the department we need. Sent a company truck and driver at 9am (1 hour after they open) just to find out that the department we needed was closed. They said it changes weekly, and sometimes daily now. Extremely disappointed!!!!
