    Had a great experience today! Needed to have drywall cut to fit in our vehicle and the associates were extremely helpful. Not to mention the great clearance prices on some tile that we were going to get down the road for our reno! Thanks Rona!

    I needed a key cut. My car key is from the mid 90's corvette. The key has a resistor chip on it for Vehicle Anti theft system they used back then. These keys are hard to find so I ordered one off ebay. I went to Rona Barrie to get it cut. The employee would not cut my key as I did not buy the new key from Rona. I asked him if he had the key as it is different and he said no, they do not have it. I told him then i am supplying the key to be cut. He still refused to cut it? Unbelievable!

    I usually avoid this location because of traffic but it was the only location that had roof rakes in stock. Found it to be very organized and the staff was very helpful.

    I have come here for the second time where the flooring I needed was down to one/two boxes on a skid, I ask the clerk at the front for a new skid, and the first time we waited 30mins for the young fellas with no urgency at all. Today, same but, we have waited now 40mins only for them to bring the wrong color and then to be talked to by the employee with sarcasm, come on Rona… do better! How do you support Canadian when you are treated this way. Oh, not to mention I am paying 2 employees to stand around while these Rona employees show no interest in doing the job properly!
