    Aaron’s in Yukon was good for the first few months with me making payments when I can.. but now I’m having a financial situation just recently because just gave birth to a baby and i haven’t been to work in the last 3 weeks! What am I suppose to do? The guy who answers the phone Jason who is claiming he’s a supervisor which I doubt it and if he is one he ain’t very professional the way talks and handles a situation.. Can’t extend my payments to Dec 4 I just now went back to work after 3 weeks of healing.. I guess he doesn’t understand anything about that. He needs to educate himself and know how to talk to customers in a more in a respectful and professional way. I thought I would never write a negative review about AARONS but Hey 👋 STOP TREATING YOURE CUSTOMERS LIKE SHIT! like I said they was good with me and understanding about most of my payments up until now..

    My Icemake did not work when they brought it to me, the they came to pick it up after I told them not to, that I wanted it fixing in my home, because it was a brand new home and I didn't want any damage from them moving it. They said they can't do that. Well they came and got it and hit two walls and the front door trim and put a hole in it. The guy that picked it up said he doesn't really care because he's quitting Aaron's anyway. When they brought the ice box back two months later after calling them repeatedly to come fix our walls and check on the status , on when we were gonna get our Icebox back. With no results with the store manager, we had to get the district manager involved because nothing was being done. So we get it back I go to clean it before putting our food in it and a baby roach crawls out, so I call and one of the store associates take a message for the store manager to call me. I never got a call back. I had to end up calling the district manager again. So we have our icebox back at this time and the ice maker stops working the next day. They wanted to come get it again, after the messed the walls and trim up the first time. The district manager ended up calling a local repair guy out to our house to fix it. The manager ended up giving us two months with no payment, which why would we pay for something we didn't even have to use, so that was a given, and one payment off the end. Lol what a joke. Now they are harassing me about a payment that is a little overdue, and I told them I'd be in Thursday to pay it, and the store manager claims he needs to know if I get paid once a week or every two weeks, and he can't help me if I don't tell him! Lol This place is a joke. About a week ago I told them to pick the fridge up that we are moving and will not be needing it where we are going. I kindly put their dead roaches in a ziplock and sent them back in the fridge.
