Just insert your key with the teeth facing upward and let the machine scan it. The machine will ask what type of key you would like and how many. There is a few blanks to choose from, like basic brass or one of the designed blanks. It takes less than a minute to receive you new cut key. Mine worked perfectly. The process is simple and quick and you pay at the kiosk with your credit or debit card. The machine asks for your email, if you want a receipt.
