  Not so great people, they put on a show. The units are expensive when the work isn’t quality it’s quantity. Most of there staff has attitude/anger issues and are rude.

  My business Biggin’s Texas BBQ smokes with one of the best Cookshack SM260 I have had it for several years now and has lived up to it name. Recently at start up the digital read out went blank, I contacted Cookshack explained my problem and within a few hrs they messaged me back and said the fix is on its way, I was surprised and thankful definitely will keep me going here at the restaurant. This has been by far the best service you can ask for thank you Cookshack.

  Around 2005 i went to the state fair in Oklahoma City. My wife and i went to the building where the grills and smokers were on display. We looked at all of them and the last vendor was COOKSCHACK. I didn't have any funds available at that time. We went back the next year and went straight to the same building and went to the COOKSCHACK display and throwed my credit card down and told the salesman SOLD. Little did i know it was the owner of COOKSCHACK. I used it until 2018 and then bought a new one. They are GREAT.
