    We’ve had a pool for a little over a year and every employee there has been nothing but nice and so very helpful. They answer questions every time we have them and they go above and beyond answering them and being patient with us.

    If I could give this place a zero star I would! We bought a pool last month, still waiting on it to be installed. They said that it would be installed last week, then it turned into the following week. I Called on monday, they said not today. Didnt even give a date of install. Called yesterday and they said the installer didnt show up for work and they have NO CLUE when it will be installed. By the way, they have NEVER called us to update, we have had to call them every time. I have paid over 5000$ to stare at in my pool in boxes in my back yard. I get that its summer time and everyone wants a pool> which means a long waitlist> whatever! At least have the courtesy to call and update your customers!
