The other tech who came on a weekend to check the trap was very professional as well. Chris was very patient in developing a solution to shore up construction and prevent future access. He worked very hard to use our excess metal to make everything match the barn. The result is functional and looks great!

We encountered a flying squirrel in our bathroom and after 15 calls to other places, Drew offered to come out to help us even though they were very busy that day.
