- SCS CJul 10, 20251.0The company called to tell me, the day before delivery, that the entire middle section of the couch I ordered in May was on backorder until November! It was available at time of ordering. So now I have 1/2 a couch for 4 more months. Not happy. Also, the delivery team was supposed to be at the house between 8am-11am and showed up at 7:30am. I wasn’t even awake yet! So, yeah, not very happy to get woken up earlier than scheduled and only have 1/2 a couch delivered!

The way she stepped up and fought for our delivery to be delivered on the day it was promised just blew my mind. I love the way Karen Hytchye worked for us. I will always shop with her.
