I wasn’t sure what I was really looking for, but I liked after being greeted I was encouraged to walk around on my own. Jon Cooper took me up to the 3rd floor to see additional couches, as well clearance ones. I found a beautiful sectional at 1/2 price, the color and size were just what I was looking for. Jon told me he would work up the paperwork, and after sending it to me, I could pay on-line. So convenient. Because my couch was on clearance I was not qualified to have it delivered by Value City, but Jon said he had a few companies that could get it to me, that he has worked with them before. He set that all up as well. My delivery on Friday was as smooth as it could’ve been, and the cost was so much less than I would have thought. I would highly recommend Value City, and especially Jon who, from start to finish, stayed in touch and made the whole experience so easy.

Took my cash then called me 2 hours later and said it wouldn't be available until Dec.5th. A week later called again and said it now wouldn't be available until Dec. 25th. I wanted to come to the store to get my money back but now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get sent a check. I have a hard time believing that the store doesn't have $1000 in cash. I believe they took my money knowing it wasn't available just to get a sale.
