- BSBjay SweeneyMar 10, 20251.0This store is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. I called to utilized their services for appliances.(washer/dryer) The dryer stopped working in a couple days of weeks. I called, and they called Action Appliance, who was also UNPROFESSIONAL. They actually took 3 and half weeks to come out to repair and completely destroyed it. Most importantly, Eagle rental did charge me the full amount amount. I did call about them charging me for something that doesn't work. They did credit my account. Today, I checked my statement only to notice they charged me AGAIN!!! I called the store for them to credit my account Again, and Joseph hung up on me...I'm calling my bank back to reverse charges, and I will be notifying others that will legally deal with them... DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE STORE....ITS BEEN A MONTH THAT IVE BEEN WITHOUT A DRYER..AND THEY'RE STEALING MY $$ The Eagles in Euclid is the best. I used them for years in the past and never had ANY PROBLEMS. They just didn't have what I needed this time...

Vido Tatum is a excellent Salesman and also was a excellent Store Manager from the store across the street to the new store when it had opened and even was missed when he left for a time period but nevertheless Eagle Rental is always a great place to rent from. My experiences with Eagle was nothing but great service and never no hassle about my payments when they were due like I use to with Rental Center who even when you have returned their items they still called for a payment when there was none to Aaron's Rental bugging you 20 days before your payment is due smh but not Eagle I told them when I would make my payments and that was it. So if you are looking for a great place to rent to own or just to rent look no further Eagle Rental is your place just stop right on in and they will take great care of you.
