The store was very neat and organized. There are so many different styles of home furnishings to choose from. The items were good quality especially for the price. Customer service was excellent in meeting our needs. They explained everything from our design choices, financing options and delivery options. I highly recommend Value City Furniture.

DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY! It’s a complete hoax. I tried to redeem my warranty after having couch problem and the staff/leader of this location were completely useless and I wasn’t able to use it.
About 3-4 months after my warranty expired I tried to use the price I paid for the warranty as credit in store, towards a new purchase. This is what the store tells you you can do, to try to sell you the warranty. My warranty was about $400. When I tried to put the warranty price toward a new bed frame the store manager said my credit expired. I was told I technically can’t use any of it but he’ll do me a, “favor.” General Manager said he’d honor half the value and I’m very annoyed they lied through omission regarding using the warranty credit. What a joke.
Again - DON’T BUY ANY WARRANTIES ON ANYTHING FROM THIA STORE.
Also, take pictures of what you want to buy in this store and do a Google search to find the same or similar furniture for MUCH BETTER PRICE and higher quality. Also, you’ll get your furniture much quicker buying elsewhere. I waited about 3 months for my couch.

This location had a wonderful selection and very reasonable prices. I would recommend asking for Jake, because he was very friendly and patient with my girlfriend and I browsing. There was no pressure to buy, which was a great thing. I gave five stars, because I can't give six. Would buy again.

I am very happy with the overall look of my couch!! Cushions are nice and dense!!! Great quality!
The delivery guys were very punctual and professional. Nice guys! The delivery process couldn’t have been any better with the delivery team!
The couch did arrive with the some of lining coming unattached, which is kind of a disappointment. I feel like I kind of received a slightly flawed item. The delivery guys said that Value City will be contacting me soon to send a technician to fix it. 🤞
Also, our salesman Paul, gave us misinformation and assured us a few times that the delivery guys would be taking our old furniture away, which isn’t the case. He needs to know this so the delivery guys aren’t put in a bad place and to not set up the customers for disappointment. It’s better to be clear during the sales process!

So wifey and I walked into Value City Furniture great northern and 4 white sales reps where in the middle isle conversing. We figured they was wrapping up whatever they was talking about and someone would greet us eventually, it never happened! (‘A particular sales rep saw us 4 times as he walked around the store) Then as we go to leave 2 white women walk in and they was fighting to get to the door. I couldn’t let it go, so I called the sales reps out on his actions and he pulled the white lady in traffic move (tried to ignore me like he didn’t do anything and talk to the ladies who just walked in). His manager apologized but he was part of the problem also! SMH
