- CFCaycee FlickingerNov 13, 20251.0i've been to two locations, the canton one, and the fairlawn one. the staffing at fairlawn is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the staffing here. my mother, her wife, and i went in today for the golden nutcracker scavenger hunt, and everything was fine until my stepmother found one. she was so excited so i went up with her to turn hers in, and the lady at the register with a blonde ponytail was extremely rude. when i walked up with my mom, the blonde haired girl said, "did you even try to hide these?" to the sales lead, after my stepmother got her discount coupon. it felt as if they discredited my mom for finding one, like she didn't search for it or didn't try hard enough. it was just rude, and weird, and rubbed my whole family the wrong way. please don't take the joy out of this for people simply participating in something fun.
