  They didn't have anything I wanted I've already been to 4 furniture stores and have my heart set on a few other items from a few places and they had nothing comparable prices weren't horrible but there were no deals to be found

  Great communication and they had all the info we needed ready to go. It was a great balance of letting us discuss in private and still being present as we needed to find the right couch. Great experience. Thanks to Liz our rep for the day for the great service.

  *Update on review* 11-13-2025 Spent 1hr.33min on phone with "corporate" after being hung up on while trying to figure out our receipt with the lady who rung us up and over charged us. Our receipt didn't mention a almost $500 change we was charged on our card for extended warranty we specifically told the lady we did not want, we said we came here for the advertising of 30% blk Friday sale.. (We didn't get that either) Instead we was charged a different fee for the couches and an extended warranty all of which wasn't on our printed receipt BUT was applied to the credit card. Also applied to the credit card but not to our printed receipt (so we could see it) was multiple taxes on delivery and othe stuff they said we had to buy or the couches wouldn't work . So what they printed on our take home receipt was totally different than what they applied to our credit card (about $1000 in their favor) and nothing showing the $1000 cash i put down on $2600 of couches but a receipt saying we owed $2900 and some change 🤔 and when i called the lady who rang us up she said i was being "confrontational" and hung up on me telling me to call corporate... I mentioned to corporate if i had to file a police report and contact a lawyer i would .and after an hour and a half i was able to get the almost 500$ extended warranty refunded but in the end i never received a advertised 30% Blk Friday discount, if anything i was over charged 30% of sticker price. They pressured my wife into applying for their card stating we'd get an even better discount by doing so and "conveniently" that paperwork was messed up as well assuring we wouldn't get any discounts at all but over charged instead. A horrible experience this has been . And i can only imagine how many older people or people who don't pay attention that they probably do this type of thing to. My best friend is a lawyer and he told me give him some time to look into this. If he can find other reports of them doing this to others i may not only get my 30% discount but even more... So buyer beware 🙏 They'll get ya ... Then we was told delivery at 1pm , then 3 , then 4 , then 5 and it shows up around 7pm ..so that whole day was spent waiting and shot.. i could have went to work and got off at my 6pm scheduled time and still made it home in time ..smh.. Still kinda mad we never received our discount they advertised and talked us into applying for their card. Keep me on the phone for 30min once , an hour and a half with corporate, then a manager calls today asking me if she could "help me with this" and maybe get me to remove my bad review..lol after a half hour on the phone with her and the many "I'm sorry this happened to you's" if there is anything i can do to help you. I said yeah give me my 30% discount..and she said i cant do that but if you come in store and pick something else out i can deal with you.. I said "well then I can't remove my review but i will update it.. this is that update lol Just my opinion but i would shop anywhere but here if i was you. I will tell everyone i know on all media pages i have as well as all future customers of mine in the housing market about this experience.. Its like a big scam or possibly "allegedly" even fraudulent by the way it was applied to the credit card but NOT our sales receipt so we could have caught it sooner. Buyer Beware of VCF . Its probably how all of their stores do business, probably take a class to teach sales people how to do it "allegedly of course" lol KEEP in mind we move a lot relocating due to work , If they would have just been professional and done us right we would have done business with them for years to come.. But instead they played the slight of hand "shell trick" with us and brought all of this on themselves.. Originally we went there to buy the furniture with cash .. so yeah 👍

  Austin Is The Mattress Messiah The moment I stepped through those doors, I wasn’t just entering a value city, I was stepping into destiny.
