He explained everything very well to me and gave me all the options that I had for the furniture grouping I was looking at. Never did he try to up sale me to something else or more expensive!!! Finally got a hold of someone and left a message with their manager but of course no call back. Emailed the sales person two days ago and still have not received a response. If terrible customer service is what you want, this is the place for you.
