  My wife and I bought a Hot Springs Limelight hot tub in August 2025 and it was delivered on October 2025. We absolutely love. We chose this brand as it is a salt tub. So it has taken about 3 1/2 months to write this review as I wanted to see really how helpful it was for us and to wait and see if issues arose from the performance and if we would need any service. During the first week we went out one morning and one of the breakers has tripped in the circuit panel near the hot tub. I called and the owner George sent out a technician right away to troubleshoot. After wards the hot worked great for about another week and same problem. Again George sent a technician out and got it going. About a week later again it tripped out. Again George sent out a technician and this time he changed one of the circuit breakers in the panel. The technician said the 60 amp breaker was weak. He changed it and we haven’t had a problem since! This company is top notch! All 3 times George sent someone out immediately and that means a lot to me. They stand behind what they sell. My wife uses it almost everyday day morning and evening and I use it about 4 times a week. We wish we would have bought one years ago. George and his staff are just delightful people. We’ve brought our water in to be tested a couple of times and someone is always available to help. Before we purchased this we went to 3 other stores over a period of a week. We did our due diligence. This was a major purchase for us. We haven’t been disappointed in the least. Give them a look. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

  We recently purchased a hot tub and sauna from Hot Springs Spas of Dayton. Our sales person, Kathy, was absolutely fantastic! She walked us thru what sauna and hot tub would be good for us explaining everything about it. How it works, what style and size would be best for our needs and what we needed (electric wise) prior to installation. My wife wanted the standard sauna with steam, but I wanted the infrared sauna. Kathy showed us the dual Tylo Sauna. The hot tub was on our list of future projects but Kathy explained the sales they were having, we couldn’t pass up the deal. There was absolutely no pressure sales! We left the store with product information and prices. A few days later, we purchased these items and within a few weeks they were installed. (The time frame was during the holidays so it took a little longer, which was expected). Kathy (who is also a nurse) explained all the health benefits and when to use the sauna for the best results. We were so impressed with the employees (Kathy and the installation crew) I had to take the time to write this review. Beautiful store, great employees, great deals, and wonderful service! Highly recommended to anyone interested in purchasing a sauna or hot tub!

  First time hot tub and sauna owner! We went with the Hot Spot Rhythm. The buying process , delivery and set up was seamless. Very responsive staff . We had issues with balancing our water initially and they helped us through it outside of business hours…highly recommend this family owned business and Kathy K. for all your hot tub needs!

  After many years of playing and coaching competitive soccer collegiately I was advised by a team physician to investing in a hot tub. I contacted Hot Springs and talk to Kathy Koebel. She was outstanding and recommending and helping me. I’ve had my hot tub since the early 90s. She is top shelf. I highly recommend Kathy Koebel and Hot Springs hot tubs in Bellbrook.   Kathy has sold us two hot tubs (first one lasted almost 19 years), she is very thorough and honest. She worked with us on the pricing so we could stay with Hot Springs, vs. moving to a less reliable brand. Kept us posted on the progress of the order, and has followed up with us to answer any questions.
