Needless to say I inherited those bugs when they tore the house down. I called A1Able right away dreading the process I knew I would have to go through. Jeff Donovan has been servicing my house from the beginning. He has been so kind and understanding, listening to my frustrations. He has answered many questions for me and gave me great suggestions to help me get this problem under control which looks like it might be as of today. I highly recommend him as well as A1Able for any pest problem.

- AHAlfred HaynesOct 31, 20251.0Had beb bugs and roaches. They came out told them I had both. Got estimate. They come out did the heat treatment that was guaranteed to get rid of bed bugs. They came back once a month to spray,with out telling me when. They would just show up and we would not be ready. They would only be here about five minutes. I then find out the only thing they were treating for was bed bugs. They then inform me that ninety dollars a month and they will treat for roaches. Money I don't have do to being on disability. Veterans payed for treatment so now I still have roaches and guess what bed bugs. Oh and yeah after the heat treatment. Their tech said that the heat treatment wrapped some of my windows frames but they have not offered to fix them.
