My problem had gotten out of hand fast. A-1 Able Pest Doctors were quick to come out to my home. We went around the whole house and they explained everything that needed done to get the problem under control. They were scheduled to come out daily for one week to help with the traps. Kenny was amazing. He noticed some additional areas in my attic that could allow rodents and other pests to get in, so I could get it taken care of. He definitely had his work cut out for him with this house and did a great job. I am happy to say I think my home is finally rodent free and will hopefully be staying that way!

The technician was very friendly, explained the process clearly, and took time to go over aftercare so we knew what to expect. I especially appreciated how considerate they were about our dog in our home. They explained how to keep them safe with the new gadgets and treatments in place, which really gave us peace of mind. Excellent service all around!

But my call was answered by Richard and I was able to get scheduled on Tuesday, which was much sooner than I anticipated, especially after a holiday weekend. His communication through text was prompt and excellent! He was very professional and informative. When he came out, he checked our house thoroughly and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. We were concerned about bed bugs, but spiders ended up being what was biting us. He explained what to look for and pointed out everything as he did the inspection. I felt very comfortable with Richard, he was upfront and honest and wasn’t trying to just make money or sell me on anything. I would highly recommend going through him and this company with any pest concerns!
