- RWRobert White3 days ago1.0I would give them a negative number if I could!!!! We spent $6000.00 on a leather sectional with recliners. We purchased the extended warranty for $500.00. Our 1st claim with the console was rejected, they said it wasn't reported right away but this happened within the 1st year. The warranty is 5 years. Now we are on our 3rd year and one of the recliners doesn't work, service guy came out said it needed a common control part but would be 4 weeks for it to come in! It's been 5 weeks and not in!!!! Key work COMMON PART. Why is this part not stocked!??! TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND FOR FURNITURE MADE IN CHINA!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was told to go to the back of the building to the pickup door. Rang the door bell multiple times, called the support number (no answer). Had to call the sales department to get someone to answer the phone. Finally got someone to open the door to only be told they cannot help lift the furniture in the vehicle and they are the only person working. Miserable customer service.

She didn't ask me to write any reviews, she gave us time to think,never felt pressured to buy anything. She respected our space and our pace. She was so considerate and I can't stress enough how amazing she was with us. If you need anything furniture related, I promise you she's the one to go to.
