The center console for the sectional has a dent in it. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get ahold of someone to help me get it fixed or replaced. No one answers phone or calls back. I sit on hold, get transferred , get told “someone will call you soon regarding this matter” and I never get a call. I put my information in the “contact me” system on their website and don’t get a call. I call and talk to a lady at pickup and she says “well you’re outside your 7 days .. why did you wait so long?”… I’m like.. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF YOU FOR OVER A WEEK… for the love of god do not buy anything from here god forbid there’s an issue with your furniture. I would suggest going to Big Sandy, Caconis… he’ll even wayfair at this point 😂 Something so small they could’ve had fixed or replaced if they would’ve just answered the damn call or called back when they said they would
