- JSJohanna SchoefflerNov 11, 20255.0As a 10+ year veteran firefighter with my local Volunteer Fire Dept, my sincerest thanks goes out Surety Monitoring and the employees for their swift actions in notifying me of a fire alarm at my residence early this morning at approximately 05:12. I was unable to get home due to working on the ambulance the night prior/morning of the alarm. Not only was I not able to leave my post, nobody else was home except my elderly dog. Surety’s swift actions in notifying me, and subsequently our Fire Dept Dispatch once I could not initially be reached left me feeling extraordinarily confident in the professionalism and outstanding training within the Surety organization. I am left today with much gratitude to Surety, my Dispatchers, and the Engine crew….and no longer feeling like I need a splash of Bailey’s Irish Creme in my coffee.
