They have always been honest with me on what I've bought and whether it is worth having repaired. They are very thorough on explaining how to care for them and advise me what to watch for in the future. They have shown me how to adjust the pendulum, due to temperature/humidity, so that the clock is always accurate. I will definitely be taking any other cuckoo clocks I find to them, along with any repairs that my current ones need. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AT A REASONABLE COST!
