I’m honestly surprised to see ALL 5-star reviews, unfortunately I’m about to add a very noticeable 1-star review. I admit the in-store service is fine. Of course, it is — salespeople are friendly when they want you to buy. But after-sale service is ZERO star. I purchased an accent rocking and reclining chair for about $1,700. I noticed visible leather peeling near the stitching (see photo — the brown chair). I’m using an iPhone 13, so the photo may not fully capture how bad it looks or how it could worsen over time, but the issue is obvious due to poor stitching. Unfortunately I was told “this is how it looks by design.” On top of that, the chair makes a weird clicking sound when rocking, and I weight only 120 lbs. That’s not normal. Instead of sending a technician to inspect the mechanism underneath, they asked me to send a video. Seriously? A mechanical chair troubleshooting is done by video only? I was speechless. We were on the phone, and they might feel this is not working either so being very hesitating after I tried to confirm you need a video? Nothing was fixed. No inspection. No solution. The excuse was that everything had to go through the manufacturer, which sounds more like passing on responsibility than real customer service. I have brought another reclining chair (the white one) from a different retailer at the same time. Using the same useless iPhone 13 for pictures. I told them about a minor leather imperfection, and a strange sound at the headrest. They replaced the chair immediately, sent technicians twice to inspect and fix small issues, and handled everything with photos and a simple claim form. No videos. No arguing. No excuses. So, to anyone considering buying from here: think twice. The product may look good in the showroom, but if anything goes wrong afterward, you’re on your own. You can tell how far this store is from a responsible retailer.
