    Let me start by saying that it takes a lot for me to post a bad review. I had been to this store on several occasions searching for living room furniture and I finally found what I thought would be perfect! I purchased a sofa and several chairs and was shocked to learn that the delivery charge would be $230 for a sofa as I was taking the chairs with me. I decide I would come back at a later date to pick up the sofa myself. During this visit I spotted a piece that would go well with the sofa in the clearance area, but they said they did not have a price for this yet, and it would be a couple days for it to be entered into the system. I asked them to call me with the price when it came available to which they agreed. The next day they called with the price to which I said I would take it and was told someone would call me back later that day to finalize it. I did not receive a call back so I decided to stop in and pay for it and take it with me. I finished paying for it and I was told by the woman that took care of me that she had her guy wrapping it and to drive around back to pick it up. When I arrived out back I rang the buzzer once.....no answer, twice....no answer, three times and waited but no answer. I then got on my phone and called the store and was told the guy that works in back left for the day and I would need to come back another day. I said I would be back in the store shortly for a refund and I no longer wanted it When I arrive the woman that took care of me did not even acknowledge me and a young man took care of me for the refund. I mentioned that I would be posting a review to which the woman replied "Good" with a smart attitude. I then told the young man to refund the sofa that I had not yet picked up, to which he did. He did apologize for the inconvenience and I said this was very bad customer service and I wished him a good evening and proceeded to leave. As I turned around to leave the woman just let out a laugh.

    I was reminded several times as to the date of my delivery. they arrived earlier than expected, but were 2 nice young men who were very personable. they were careful bringing my couch in and placed exactly where I wanted it! Very pleased with the whole buying experience. The first of the year I will be adding a recliner!

    My salesperson was awesome. So kind friendly, down to earth. He was not pushy at all. We spent enough for that visit. Yay new furniture!

    I've always been a Value City Furniture customer and I've always been happy but I have too say this time around they where on a mision to find a bedroom set that was so hard to find and Dominic my new best Maneger ever and sales Man Ricardo Contes went above and beyond for me and we found my Charleston Bedroom set Thankyou so much great customer service.

    Very disappointing service (still waiting for my delivery) I’ve been waiting for my furniture for weeks, and my delivery has already been rescheduled four times. Every time I call, I get a different excuse. The manager is unhelpful and very rude when I try to ask for updates. I really hope they fix this soon and finally deliver my order — this is not how customers should be treated.
