On delivery day, the person that helped us in the store had me order too many inserts for the sectional, so those needed to be returned with the covers. I was told by customer service to return with the delivery company along with the table that had no hardware to put it together. Three weeks later, the table is supposed to be delivered on Thursday and today I finally received a refund for the two inserts.

It was easy to order and the delivery was timely as promised. Good communication and expert installation completed a pleasant transaction.

Delivery was exceptional, they set everything out like I asked and removed all of the packaging. The furniture is sturdy and very comfortable. I highly recommend the furniture as well as the furniture covers.

We had been shopping for a large umbrella at other online stores, but we liked the quality and size of the umbrella in the store, so unexpectedly added the YardBird umbrella to our order.

They allowed us to map everything out, which made us feel confident with how it would fit on our deck. We were quoted delivery in about 3-4 weeks, but to our surprise, we received everything in one week! I would highly recommend Yardbird (Cincinnati).
