We bought a sofa and dining table from this store and picked them up ourselves. When we started assembling the sofa, we realized it was missing four legs. We went back the next day to explain the issue, and the management told us it would take about a month to get the missing parts.
Instead of trying to help or contact the manufacturer to fix their mistake quickly, they basically told us we could just return the sofa — which makes no sense since it’s heavy and difficult to move. When I asked for something temporary to support the sofa, they brought out the actual missing part without even realizing it. They didn’t bother to check if it fit or if it was the correct piece.
The most frustrating part was the complete lack of problem-solving or customer care. Management did not take responsibility at all.
I do not recommend buying anything from this place.

We bought a sofa 7 months ago and had no problems at all — 5-star service for that experience.
However, my friend recently bought 2 sofas and a table for nearly $2,500. We carried everything ourselves, but when we set them up, we realized one of the sofa legs was missing. My friend went back to the store to explain the situation, and at first, they said there was nothing they could do. After almost half an hour of arguing, they finally gave us the missing legs.
Even if it had been our mistake (which it wasn’t), you should have helped solve the problem instead of arguing. If someone spends $2,500, why would they lie about a missing sofa leg? Obviously, it was a mistake on your side. Please take better care of your customers in the future.
