I had actually had a different company out first to try to fix my ice maker on my refrigerator, only to be told they could not work on that model. Justin on the other hand, was completely qualified and clearly was experienced. He had no qualms working on this model. I was grateful to have great communication from Day's regarding my appointment. Everything went so smoothly! Sadly, that is usually not the case anymore! (Like giving a company your fridge model, waiting on the day of the appointment, only to have them arrive and say they can not work on that model. So frustrating and truly surprising!). Justin got both my refrigerator ice maker working perfectly as well as on a later service call, my oven. I am grateful!! Thank you!
