    What’s up with Sparkle Cleaners and their employees? Wanting to close up shop at 12 on Saturday when they’re open til 2 om. Whine and cry because I asked if I could drop off my laundry. 2 baskets. It didn’t want to do laundry. It wanted to go home and eat and take a nap. I was given every excuse but the one she gave me when I called her back to ask her what time they closed. 2 pm. “My computer system was closed down🥲”. Ok. Why did you not tell me that in the first place? So I’m taking my business elsewhere when I need my laundry done. I normally do my own but I’m working 11 straight days this week and needed a little extra help.

    This place really needs an update. You walk in and it looks like you've teleported straight back to 1970. Which is neat in some ways but half the washers don't work, more like 3/4 of them . the ones that do function are very expensive, the smallest single load washer is 3.50$ . Washers are always dirty looking , covered in dirt and animal hair. I was lucky to find one that wasn't terrible. Then it ate my quarters and they got stuck in the machine when i tried to push the button to get them back lol. So I had to settle on the next best washer. I don't think anyone really keeps up with the place except maybe the owner at night or something. The whole place is dirty, spots of water all over the flooor. homeless people sitting all around outside . don't like the vibe.doesn't feel safe and its dirty Thank god my new washer arrives tomorrow Brite n Clean laundry off Douglas ave in chillicothe is SO much better for your laundrymat needs.

    Went here to wash my clothes, but y'all already knew that. The thing you didn't know is I made thirty bucks by using dryer number 4, the large one. I check all my pockets before washing and not a dang thing was in them, but after pulling them out I found thirty dollars tucked in the back pocket. My only complaint was the pants were a little smaller than I remember and somehow a bra got in there too, but I'm not complaining.
