They were able to get their huge equipment into my back yard by driving it through just one (removed) panel of my fence. I had trouble removing it so they helped with that and put it back in place when they were done. They protected the yard with planks. They couldn't grind out the stump as deep as planned due to a lot of unforseen concrete below grade but they finished it off nicely, removed the roots around it and gave us a discount that we didn't even ask for.
