Unless you wanted to spend over $1,800 on a dining room hutch and after paying for delivery, they deliver a defected and have to wait almost 2 months for another one to get delivered, have to take a vacation day off work, and sit and wait all day for them to show up, we called at 4PM 30 minutes after our delivery time, and they say it will be delivered at 6:09 Pm! We could have saved ourselves the day and went to work!! Then at 6:30 we call and are upset it’s still not here and the woman at the store threatens to hang up on me!! Horrible customer service. Then at 7:10 PM! The men who showed up smelt like weed and after they put it together I notice there’s a crack and scratches in the glass!! This is absurd. I am very upset. Save yourself the money and shop elsewhere.

My parents and I went into the store last night, 11/8/25, to look at furniture for their living room. We spent about an hour in the store testing out basically every sofa and sectional in the store. We were never once greeted nor approached by a sales associate. Twice, one was walking towards us which I had assumed was to see if we needed any assistance, but he just ended up walking past without an acknowledgment. I saw the same associate sitting in a chair watching something on his phone several times while we were there. I’m pretty lenient when it comes to retail workers, but even I was shocked that we weren’t approached once. We had picked out a sectional that they were interested in buying, but we decided that we would start looking elsewhere since we couldn’t even find an associate to ask some questions to. We walked out of the store without one word ever being said to us.

Got a delivery confirmation text on Monday that my order would be delivered between 10:00 and 1:00. Tuesday afternoon we got a call from the store stating our order didn't make the truck from the warehouse. They offered Friday delivery but that did not work for my schedule. I asked them when it would arrive at the store. They said it would be there Thursday morning, so I told them I would just pick it up. Well it never came in. Now they are say Oct 29! How does a major retail store not know when there product will be delivered. Cancelled my order. Save yourself time and frustration shop where they respect there customers
