    I went to Raymond to get a re-selection, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. Wendy Calderon, the showroom manager, was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She truly made me feel like family. Wendy took the time to understand me, my needs, and my personal style, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism—highly recommend asking for her!

    I visited the store in yonkers. 3 times within 4 months. I am picky and always spend lots of time back and forth. I changed my orders and options several time. Staff at this store have been extremely patient and helpful. I had never seen such a customer service. Although I got lots of offers from other companies, I ignored all because of such a wonderful team. They helped me with all steps and kept their promises. Wendy Calderon the Showroom Manager Angela Ramireza the sales woman And Kyle who finalized the deal.

    Be careful when ordering. We ordered a brand new bedroom set, but when the order came it arrived with scratches and missing parts to assembly the bed frame. PEverything was in very bad condition. It looked like outlet furniture/floor sample. Drivers have an attitude problem. Horrible customer services. It took 3 weeks to set up a pick up date. Be careful when ordering from this place.

    I AM NOT ONE TO WRITE A BAD, LONG REVIEW BUT I HAVE NEVER BEEN DEALT IN A NEGATIVE WAY.  10/7/25–I visited Raymour & Flanigan (R&F) and placed an expensive order for numerous items. 10/16/25 @ 5:09PM-Mike called & informed me the bench of the Beatrix dining set I ordered was not available. 10/20/25 @ 10:01AM-Mike called me & said bench should be available end of the month (10/31/25). 11/3/25 @ 10:13AM-Spoke with Mike who said bench will be delivered 11/6/25 (which it was) & he will process a refund of $150 for the inconvenience of the delay of the bench. 11/7/25 @ 1:49pm–Spoke with Mike who stated on 11/3/25 he would process the $150 refund but didn’t, stated he will process today.  I also asked him about 2 items that were pending delivery and he stated 1 item will be delivered to the warehouse on 11/18/25 then a delivery date will be scheduled and the rug will be delivered 11/13/25. 11/12/25 @ 5:04PM-Katrina from the Inventory department called me to inform me the Rustic Rug is not available and will be available in the warehouse in 10 days. 11/12/25 @ 5:14PM-Spoke with Wendy, who requested Katrina to process my $150 refund (which indicates Mike did not process my refund both times he stated he would). Katrina also sent me an email at 6:11PM indicating the refund was processed.  Wendy confirmed one of the items ordered will be at the warehouse on 11/18/25 and set 11/20/25 for delivery (it was delivered).  She also looked into the rug and it does look like it is at the warehouse although inventory does not show.  Lastly, she will speak with her boss to confirm if it’s ok to refund me another $150 for the inconvenience of the rug and the refund.  She will get back to me tomorrow with answers about the 2nd refund and Rustic rug delivery. 11/13/25 @ 6:52PM-Called R&F and spoke with Katrina who stated Wendy left on a family emergency. However, she left information about my order: she processed a credit, after processing the $150 credit that Mike did not process.  She will be calling me on Saturday regarding the rustic rug order. 11/18/25-Called R&F 3 times (2:40pm, 2:42pm & 4:28pm) and no one answered. 11/19/25 @ 2:45PM-Visited R&F about my refund.  Spoke with Mike (store manager) and he stated he is working on the rustic rug which they cannot find.  He also stated he processed my refund on 10/31/25 but does not know what happened.  He had Katrina contact the accounting department to see what happened with the refund.  Katrina stated she was going to contact me before 7pm or the next day to inform me when my refund will be processed but I never heard from her. KATRINA NOR MIKE CALLED ME THE WHOLE WEEK WITH AN UPDATE! Called R&F at 6:36pm and no answered. 11/20/25-Received 1 of my special items. @ 5:21PM-Contacted R&F and no one answered. 11/24/25 @ 3:40PM-Visited R&F again to inquire about my refunds and to cancel the rustic rug order.  I spoke with Katherine and Mike about me still not receiving my refunds and how I'd like to cancel the rustic rug order.  Katherine stated that the refund for $179.65 was processed and I will receive a check via USPS.  However, although the $150 was processed for a 2nd time on 11/19/25, it still has not been approved.  Mike requested for Katherine to expedite the refund and she called and texted someone in the accounting department, and when she finally heard from them, they said they were not able to take care of the refund at the moment but will do so before the end of the day.  I requested follow up email and copies for my returns/refunds, which they gave me.  Mike said he will call me tomorrow to inform me that everything went through.  HADN'T HEARD FROM MIKE!! 11/25/25-Rec’d check of $179.65. 12/5/25-Approx. 2 months later, Rec’d refund of $408.24 for Rustic rug. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE SPEND MONEY AT RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH 2 MONTHS OF INCONVENIENCE.
