I recently stepped into this store and I was approached by Latifa. She was so rude and not helpful. I am not sure if she had an issue with me or was just having a bad day, but either way her level of professionalism was nonexistent. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We had great experience shopping for furniture with one of sale consultant Latife Anisse. She's was very kind professional and patient with us made our shopping experience very enjoyable. Make make sure you ask for her at the door i can't recommend her enough! Thank You queen Latifa you're truly amazing ♥️

My mother and I were immediately greeted by Latife as we entered. Upon our arrival, we were anxious about exactly what we were looking for and Latife was sympathetic to our concerns. We were briefed of all options, warranties, and circumstances of multiple items and that helped narrow down our search. Latife was exceptionally knowledgeable of the products which helped make our final decision fairly easy. My mother and I were delighted by this entire experience and will be back to shop with Latife in the near future.
I opened a repair ticket in November of 2024. After multiple email, online chats, phone calls and visits to the Yonkers store. I was finally able to get some attention on my broken couch. This took until March of 2026. They have given me full store credit for my original purchase. What is really a problem for me besides waiting 16 months to have my issue addressed. The person I dealt with in the store when picking out my new couch refused to wave the delivery charge. There is also only the manufacturers 1 year warranty on the couch. I would be hard pressed to recommend or purchase from Raymour & Flanigan in the future
Raymour & Flanigan Recliner Review – Disappointed with Durability
I purchased this recliner from Raymour & Flanigan in 2018 for just under $700. I ordered the cream color in the showroom, but the gray version was delivered and assembled. At the time I chose not to make an issue of it.
Unfortunately, the bigger problem became apparent within a few years. By 2021 — less than three years later — the “leather” upholstery began peeling severely on the arms, seat, and back (see photos). The chair has been used normally in a single-person, climate-controlled household. It has not been exposed to pets, and no harsh cleaners were ever used.
When I contacted the company about repair options, the process was frustrating enough that I ultimately gave up pursuing it.
For a chair in this price range, I expected far better longevity from the upholstery. Buyers should carefully confirm the exact upholstery material (bonded leather vs. genuine top-grain leather) and understand the long-term durability before purchasing.

• Comfortable when new
• Attractive design
Cons:
• Upholstery began peeling in under 3 years
• Color delivered did not match order
• Customer service/repair process was difficult
