Angered that I cancelled my order due to extremely incompetent and outrageous customer service, he never initiated my refund despite promising he would. I discovered that Tim lied when I personally visited the store the next day. Callie, a very unfriendly and dismissive customer service representative, informed me that no cancellation was requested. Tim wasn’t there that day, but the showroom manager was, and he handled the situation perfectly and professionally. He apologized for the terrible customer service. My full experience is too long to write here; however, I will be taking the time to write a detailed letter to corporate. For me to take the time to do that means my experience was that awful!

I keep calling and no one answers the phone. When someone finally did, I asked them to please connect me with someone who speaks Spanish for better understanding, but they never called me back the entire day. In short, they have my merchandise, and I have no idea when they’re going to deliver it because no one tells me anything.

We purchased this plan after purchasing a sofa set. The plan offers spot cleaning took a couple times of me calling to get an appointment set up then it only gave me the option of choosing an 9 hour widow. Set the timeframe day comes around and no one bothers to show up. Seems disingenuous to offer a warranty plan then waste the customers time.
