The last thing anybody is thinking when they go furniture shopping is “oh I sure do hope my couch don’t come with bed bugs” ! If the furniture is refurbished, say that. Also why have customer service if you’re not going to answer the phone. This whole experience has been such an inconvenience and I definitely will not be shopping with you again. Please do better! ZERO stars.

If you are buying furniture from this location, I will caution you to think twice before hand! If you have an issue with your furniture, their customer service is abismal. No one responds, when they do there’s no follow through and when you share your concerns you are met with attitude and annoyance.
Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks to get quality stuff elsewhere

We purchased a couch from Raymour & Flanigan, YONKERS and shortly after bringing it into our home, we experienced a bed bug infestation that began around the time the couch was delivered. This has been one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences we’ve ever had as consumers.
What makes this worse is not just the situation itself, but how Raymour & Flanigan handled it—or rather, FAILED to handle it. Instead of urgency, accountability, or concern for our household, we were met with delays, deflection, and a complete lack of empathy. No customer should feel dismissed when their home, health, and peace of mind are at risk.The lack of meaningful resolution speaks volumes about the company’s quality control and customer service standards.
Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing upholstered furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. Once the sale is complete, you may find yourself on your own if something goes wrong. We deeply regret trusting this company and will not be returning customers.

One star review only because zero is not an option. Horrible customer service. No one calls you back and when you finally get someone on the phone they have no solution to a manufacturer issues. Never buying from them again.

Worst experience ever. Manager is very unprofessional. They will lie to you about items they have in stock, then wait weeks for delivery. Please shop somewhere else.
