  The technician Mike was excellent. He diagnosed the problem accurately and immediately. Mike then went above and beyond to be sure I understood what needed to be done for future preventative maintenance. And he was very patient while I asked a million questions. My dryer is working perfectly. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and skilled.

  My Maytag dryer was not working, I called appliances doctor and they sent a technician to assess the situation. Joshua was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain what was going on wrong with the dryer. My dryer is working now and the price was reasonable. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you Joshua for your professional and expertise!

  Josh was fantastic and took great care of our refrigerator. I especially want to thank him for climbing 15 flights of stairs when our elevator wasn’t working—yet he still showed up with an amazing attitude and genuine kindness. He quickly assessed the problem, identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. He leveraged his team to make sure everything worked as expected. Our family truly appreciates his help and the quick turnaround, especially during the busy holiday season!

  From the person that made the appointment and then confirmed to the service person, From the first visit to the second visit, every interaction was excellent, kind, professional … pleasant. I was thankful, I must ask forgiveness for forgetting the names, but I can assure you that I had excellent service from the gal who called to the gentleman that came. A fine example for all to follow

  Update: After I wrote the review below, the Appliance Doctor called to share it would partially refund me. However, the refund never came. Instead, I was billed again a similar amount as the original bill (see attached photos). Instead of reducing my bill following my bad experience, they doubled my bill. Once I noticed the double billing, I called them back and they said it was a mistake and that they removed the second charge. But that was several days ago and the charge never disappeared. It's been about two weeks since the erroneous billing was initially given. I had to contact my credit card company to see if they can help. If you want more honest assessments on how this company treats customers, check out Yelp instead of these Google reviews. Below is the the original review: Their tech Mike was incredibly rude and cut me off several times when I tried to ask a question or get an opinion on a concern. First contractor I have ever asked to leave my house. My wife asked me during his visit "where did you even find these guys?"
