- CMChristina Masters4 days ago5.0My Speed Queen dryer was not drying and I called Appliance Doctor on Monday- the lovely lady on the phone (Rochelle?) was able to get me an appointment for the next day. I told her Wednesday was better for me and she gave me a 10-2 window for the repairman to come. Fortunately the repairman (Mike) called me before coming and I told him NOT to come as we had a sudden and massive power outage in my area and it didn’t seem as if it would be resolved quickly. Mike was so kind and asked if I would call him when the electricity came back. When the power came back, I did call him and he was able to come and do the repair. I wasn’t even hopeful he’d be able to fix it because usually the repairman need to order parts and come back another day for the repair. My lucky day as he had the part needed and fixed it in no time. Mike was fast, clean and very knowledgeable- I hope I never have a washer/dryer problem again, but if I do- I’m calling Appliance Doctor and requesting Mike!

The dryer is 15 years old so I decided to go get a new one. Mike was very honest and professional.
