  UPDATED REVIEW: I went into Raymour and Flanigan on December 18 to order a bed for my son’s birthday. I was met with Shirley Nixon who took me to the kids area. I knew exactly what bed I wanted and side tables so I was a very easy customer. I even picked a mattress pretty quickly. Upon checking out I noticed I was given a twin size bed for a full size frame which is a major mistake and I told them to correct it immediately. I had not one but 2 order numbers which not only caused me confusion but I was told that my two order numbers would be combined so that my December 22 delivery would have everything in it. Bed frame etc in one order number and my mattress on a separate order number. To my shock I received everything EXCEPT my mattress on December 22 so my son is now staring at a bed for his birthday that he can’t even sleep in. What an absolute shame and after going to the store in person to correct the issue I still had to wait 24+ more hours to get his mattress. Raymour needs to do better. It’s not on the customer to make sure everything gets delivered together. I am not a happy customer.

  This store at Green Acres Mall, NY delivered me a mattress with a lower quality than the one they showed to me in the store. Plus, they refused to give me a written warranty/contract for 10 years for the mattress. After I have paid with my own credit card, they told me orally with a despotic attituded rules like" you must keep the merchandize for 31 days before, to be able to request a replacement". The problem with this is that after 30 days, you have loose your purchase protection of 30 days for buying with your credit card. Moreover, after they had charged my credit card, they block their email communication, and there is not a way you can communicate with anyone in the store. Besides, the managers are careless, they do not pay attention to any your requests; even if you go in person to the store. Finally, I force them to give me a second matters after 10 days of the original purchase. However, this second mattress is hard to sleep in it, and it is not comfortable at all. I will submit a dispute with my credit card first, and then I will sue them with the Federal Trade Commission for neglecting my rights as a buyer for $2,300 dollars and for giving me a merchandized that I am not satisfied with it. Therefore, avoid wasting your time, and money in dealing with this horrible store. They are like any other vulgar store, who do not have customer service care for the buyers. PD: Do not use their credit card, because then you are in their boat, and you have to do what ever they please that is not in your best interest.😒👺👎👎👎 They discriminate minorities! read the reviews.!!!

  I placed an order for bed and I was told because it was a special order. It would take at least four weeks. It is now going on the fourth month (way past the four weeks) and I still haven’t received my bed. I was treated unkindly because I kept following up every month thereafter and it wasn’t produced. They gave me a major inconvenience and refused to accommodate me in anyway
