  TERRIBLE!! All my furniture is from Raymour . I have seen a huge decline in the quality. Bought my daughter a bedroom set and in 3 years the bed broke it literally snapped. Had insurance and they would only give a reselect for bed not whole set. We decided we were buying a bed elsewhere. We decided to use the credit towards stools for kitchen . We bought 6 stools used the credit and paid the rest in cash. Paid three hundred and change for each stool. We didn't even have them a year and 5 out of 6 broke. We called Raymour and they sent a technician over . He fixed 3 but couldn't fix 2. Raymour said there's nothing else they could do. Pretty much said we are beat on the 2 broken ones. They wont stand behind their furniture unless you have insurance (we couldn't get because it was partially a reselect). Terrible customer service. The woman was blaming me for not researching the wood they use. Which is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. All in all their furniture isn't made to last. Just a waste of money. They definitely lost a customer.

  I was so happy with my purchase at Raymour, Mike Anushamda is simply amazing. I just couldn’t figure out what I wanted constantly changing my mind he was patient and he waited and showed me over and over and over again different couches different dining tables in the end ends I got a couch sectional set a dining room set and a bedroom set I love them all and it’s all thanks to Mike!

  Daniel was the best. Very professional and patient with me given your excellent selection. I was quite overwhelmed in making my decision. Even when I returned to make adjustments to my purchase Daniel remained friendly and very helpful with additional details that had not occurred to me. My living room and family room couches are beautiful. I will be returning in the near future to complete my decor.

  I purchased a dresser and bed set from the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store last year and unfortunately the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. During the initial purchase, the store manager Chris was incredibly rude and dismissive. The situation became so unpleasant that it had to be escalated to a regional sales manager. Thankfully, the regional manager handled the matter with professionalism and grace. Because of the experience at the Staten Island location, I ended up canceling half of my order and placing it instead with a New Jersey location. Fast forward to today: the dresser I purchased from the Staten Island branch has a clear manufacturing defect. A Raymour specialist came to our home and confirmed the issue. Despite that confirmation, it has now been over THREE months with absolutely no update or resolution. We keep being told by the Staten Island location that they are “handling the matter and buying the necessary parts.” The issue is literally a missing ball bearing in the drawer mechanism — not a broken frame or damaged wood. This should not take months to resolve. Even more frustrating, the store refuses to provide any written confirmation, email follow-up, or even a case number documenting the issue. At this point, the lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money with Raymour & Flanigan. Raymour — I will not be changing this review unless this situation is finally addressed.

  We had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Brian Cooperstein. From the moment we walked in, Brian was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the options without any pressure. Brian’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. He explained the different materials, comfort levels, and styles, which helped us make the right choice for our home. He was also very honest and transparent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare, and Brian truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
