do NOT order from this company. I was supposed to get my furniture on Tuesday and they were going to call to tell me a time and they never did so I called them and they said that it was NOT on the list but we did order it a month ago. They said they will deliver it on Friday with free shipping and again it is NOT on the truck. I canceled and now have no furniture to sleep on because of these people. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Too over priced as well. The salesman Mike didn’t want to come on the phone to talk… and we never got our $100 credit back.

Purchasing was easy. Sales person Dan was great to work with, however receiving our items has been a hassle. We were told the sofa was out of stock and would be in on a specific date so we should hear from them approx. 5 days later. So we decided to wait to have our dining room delivered at the same time. What a mistake! Well I waited 5 days past the time told and no one contacted me. Trying to call the store was another project within itself! The phone rings off the hook… it takes about 20 phone calls to hopefully get through.
Well after being promised a delivery date… the night before j was told the sofa still wasn’t available. I decided to have the dining room delivered as I was promised that in 3 days the sofa would be in. Well sofa came in, but the loveseat became a potential issue. Night before next delivery I am still waiting to get in touch with someone at the store because my delivery window was never emailed to me as it should have been. Last purchase from this location!!

I am very disappointed in my recent experience with Raymour & Flanigan. My husband and I visited the Staten Island location and selected a Canadel dining table and a couch. Since we were two weeks away from closing on our new home, we left a small deposit, with the understanding that everything was set for finalization after closing.
After closing which was on August 26th, we visited another Raymour & Flanigan location to complete the order. At no point did anyone inform us that a 20% deposit was required for the Canadel table to be ordered.
By early October, I began calling the Staten Island store multiple times for an update and was repeatedly given the runaround. Eventually, a manager assured me that our sales representative would contact us with an estimated delivery date, a call that never came. Two weeks later, I reached out again, only to find out that the order for our table had never been placed.
It’s extremely disappointing that no one followed up, especially considering the table was part of our order. We’ve now lost over eight weeks waiting, only to be told “we’re sorry it didn’t work out.” To make matters worse, we were informed that the order couldn’t even be expedited despite the mistake being entirely on your end.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Raymour & Flanigan over the years — including nearly $20,000 this year alone — but this experience has completely eroded my trust in your company. The lack of accountability and follow-up has been unacceptable, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

My salesperson Nardy was so efficient and patient in helping me choose the furniture for my home. I had a large order and some furniture was in the warehouse before other pieces and she kept me updated on everything and setting up a delivery time that worked with my schedule. I would absolutely refer her to my friends & family!!!
