Worst experience I have ever had with a Vendor. Was told my delivery was set for Dec 14th. Morning of Delivery confirmed. 2 hours later get call stating that there was a serious error and my furniture is NOT AVAILABLE.
It was.purchased 10 days before this and they tell me this right before Christmas on Day Of Delivery! Who does this???
It is Jan 2nd & still no furniture. I've been told its ready for Monday Jan 5th, but not holding my breath.... Original salesperson no longer helpful, so now I must deal with another area to request financial compensation for this egregious error. They did waive Delivery Fee but SINCE IT WASNT DELIVERED I THINK THAT WOULD BE A GIVEN!!!
Im requesting a discount to alleviate the stress, inconvenience, and aggravation of not having my furniture delivered. I DISPOSED OF MY OLD FURNITURE DAY BEFORE I WAS EXPECTING MY NEW FURNITURE!! No one picking up phone at the showroom to speak with management.
For your reference you should read the negative reviews before you purchase anything here. I did NOT DO THAT AND SO WISH I HAD. One story after the other, no delivery, broken furniture, horrendous customer care. I always thought the name had a good rep but this is TRUTHFULLY NOT THE CASE.
My bedrm set WAS delivered but it had imperfections & had to wait for ANOTHER DEPT to handle that. ( I purchased both Liv Rm & Bedrm set) But the living room set was what I really needed before Christmas as you can understand... You spend that kind of money somewhere and I think you should expect a better experience! Save yourself a crapload of grief & DO NOT GO HERE.
Getting new furniture should be fun and a good experience. This has been a very stressful adventure. The worst of it is that they truly dont care. I requested financial compensation and no one will address it.

I bought a Dining set in early November. The set arrived and the table was broken. We were advised to refuse delivery which we did. We then went to store and spoke with sales associate who said if you reorder same table you will definitely have it well before Christmas. Well come mid December I called store for delivery time update. I was then told that the set would not arrive until January. We were then advised that we could cancel and be refunded our down payment. We were Never Refunded amd were not given any explanation. By phone rep at store. We are now in dispute for over $450 dollar down payment that Raymour guaranteed us because of the original broken table and then the severely delayed reorder. Stay Away from this Store. I have bought thousands of dollars in furniture over the last 25 years with Raymour and I will never deal with this store again.

Absolutely horrible experience. I waited 2 months for a special order sofa for the holidays that they could not deliver.(meanwhile the piece in question is sitting in a clearance/outlet center)
I kindly requested a full refund which they decided to issue only a partial, not sure why as I did not receive any of my order and they sent me an email reconfirming my canceled order. Why keep my money. Why a partial?
If my sofa is in an outlet center, why did I wait 2 months to not receive it. Was it a used piece and why sell me that. Was the fabric going to match the rest of the sectional coming from a different location?
As salespeople they didn't even try to help with an alternative. Nothing I got ghosted by my sales associate instead.
