  I was in and out and a new couch in 15 minutes. I dealt with Sean Hubert who was knowledgeable and very nice!

  The sales floor was good. The delivery service communication was horrible!!!!! They were sending text they were in front of my house but didn’t show up for another 20 minutes. When I was trying to call there was no one to answer a phone. Had to hit a different option to get a live person

  Where to begin. All I can say is if you want to avoid a lot of AGGRAVATION, stress and disappointment do not.purchase your furniture here. The day before my delivery ( after been told all ok & on schedule in the morning), I recvd a call 2 hours later, stating a serious error had occurred and my living room furniture was NOT ON THE TRUCK AND NONE OF THE PIECES ARE IN STOACK ANYWHERE! I had a hell of a time trying to get my old furniture out, but finally did day before delivery. So now I have no furniture and R&F says living room probably not in till January! Its the Christmas holidays! I have no furniture. Sales dept were not very sympathetic. I was told hey, you got a great deal on this stuff, just wait for new delivery! Also did recv my bedroom furniture that was on the truck but it has scratches in the wood and imperfections in color. So have to deal with ANOTHER DEPT FOR THAT! When I was selecting the furniture, the salesperson was very nice and helpful. However the subsequent egregious error with delivery and the MAJOR inconvenience waiting for new stuff has soured my opinion of R&F forever. My next purchase was going to be a kitchen set but getting stuff at a flea market would be more pleasurable then going back to R&F.

  Rainbow Flanagan is the worst to ever buy furniture from the woman lied to me and told me what she was telling me was what I wanted until it came to delivery date. They never even showed up then I called up the manager and I explained to him I wanted to make sure it was the right mattress and he told me no because they don’t even sell that mattress so the woman lied just for a sale now I have been waiting three months for them to refund my credit card for $2100 my credit has been destroyed because of rainbow Flanagan don’t buy from rainbow Flanagan are they that desperate for money that they literally have taken my money from my credit card for three months a total of $2100 and they keep lying to me that they issued the credit. I’ve called Discover card. They never issued the credit. Raymore Flanagan must be very desperate for money that they have to keep my $2100 in for three months keep lying to me that they issued the credit shame on Ray Flanagan. They push it off from every sales person don’t buy furniture from this place.

  I ordered two chairs for in-store pickup and received a confirmation clearly stating they would be ready for pickup on Sunday. I drove 1.5 hours to get to the store, only to be told at the counter that they “don’t do pickups on Sunday” and had no idea why the app confirmed it. Their only solution was to schedule pickup for Tuesday or Friday, which is completely unacceptable. I needed these chairs today, and the entire trip was a waste of time, fuel, and effort. The staff seemed confused and uninterested in resolving the issue. It’s honestly embarrassing for a store to operate with such a disconnect between their app and their actual policies. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and utterly disappointing. I would not recommend Raymour stores to anyone.
