I've ordered blinds/shades online before and you never know the exact color/material you're going to get. It was nice to be able to see and feel the samples in person. Wendy in the office did a great job keeping us updated on the scheduling side of things. We went with top down/bottom up shades on every window and they look great! Hopefully they last much longer than the Levelor shades we had the last time from Lowe’s. Totally recommend using Budget Blinds! P.S. my crummy photo doesn’t do the product and service any justice!
