I recently went back to the spencerport store to place a order and the manager was off because it was a Thursday so i was met with the other angry employee, big guy! He was very rude to my 20.year daughter and I. Because we asked too many questions. He basically told us that he was short staff and rhat he didnt jave time. I asked him for corporate number he daid call corporate I don't care!. Soo disgusting. Cant believe that that is the per8aarons have representing them. As long as that guy is employed with aaron, niether myself or any friends or family i know will not give them business.

He hung up on me while we were speaking, I cancelled my order and requested a refund, I attempted several times to call back and was hung up on. I was told they don't know when it will get back in my account. I have filed a formal complaint with there corporate office. I am thoroughly disgusted.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
