  Allen Cohen was a wonderful salesman he was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had. He is a wonderful person and it was a pleasure working with him.

  It was a great experience! The sales staff was attentive but also left my husband and I alone for some time to look around the store without any pressure. When we had questions they were happy to help and very informative. We ended up getting a whole new living room set that we love and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

  The salesman spent a great deal of quality time with my wife & I. We went to the front desk where the order was written up and the delivery was scheduled for the following day. My wife and I tore the old bed apart, moved furniture and waited all day for the delivery of our new bed. By 5:30 that afternoon, I called Raymour and Incompetence to find out why we had no delivery. No one I talked to had a clue why it had not been delivered. They said they would deliver it the next day. I asked what time? They said the delivery schedule had not yet been planned. I asked why I was not the first delivery after they had screwed things up. No response & I hung up after telling the woman that I would decide how much this inconvenience was worth & deduct it from the bill. They then called back to tell me I would be the second stop and some time between 9:00 & 11:00 AM. Another 1/2 day wasted. Absolutely no concern to try to make things right. No concern to make a customer happy. For what you pay, you would think you would get reasonable service. Not so........

  I came in on Thursday March 12,2026 spoke to salesmen Ivan who was great. Ivan was friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. I found to pieces that sparked my interest but I was not sure about the area in my home. Ivan gave me brochures with dimensions along with his business card. I was quite impressed with his mannerisms. I'm back at the store making my purchase with Ivan. Happy buyer...Brenda C.

  We were searching for a new sofa on Presidents Day weekend. We went back on Monday (Feb. 16th) to ask a few follow up questions. We had a great experience at the Raymour & Flanigan in Poughkeepsie, NY. Ivan was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our many, many questions!! Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend this location and working with Ivan! Bonus: the soft was not supposed to arrive until late March, and I got a phone call today that they will be delivering next Thursday!!!
