After receiving my table and chairs, one of the leafs on the table has a swollen section of wood and a broken peice of trim, one of the chairs were cracked and another chair was COMPLETELY CRACKED all the way down the middle of the chair!!! I spoke to the manager and he said that we will have to PAY an additional $299 FOR SHIPPNG!!! I recommend buying furniture somewhere else because obviously they do not have good quality control and will try to squeeze more money out of you in order for you to get a warranty.

He called the warehouse 3 times during the next day with no answer. He went to the warehouse and no one answered the door so he called the store to see if they could help. The supervisor yelled at him at the phone, told him that she would just be calling the same number, and was incredibly rude. Eventually a warehouse guy came to door thankfully and gave him the pillow. Won’t be returning here again.
