Their system do not allow this. How ridiculous is this in this time. I don’t want want to shop with them. Very inconvenient. My one order came in 5 seperate shipments. I do not recommend plus high shipping.

When it became clear I wouldn’t be buying more she became rude and dismissive. I eventually told her I was broke and only needed a barebones Elfa closet set up. She completely ignored me and continued putting things I didn’t ask for in my cart. Had to ask her to delete the items she added without my consent. She seemed outright angry that I didn’t buy more.
- EJElizabeth J.Dec 22, 20253.0Going here is always a bit of a nightmare: nothing in stock upstairs, have to speak to a “closet designer” if you want any elfa parts, takes 3-4 days for an order to be ready for pick-up if you place the order online. There are a few employees who really know their stuff and go above and beyond to be helpful, however. Josh is one of them: we were looking for a part today that wasn’t in stock upstairs and theoretically wasn’t in stock yet downstairs, but he went out of his way to find it, find us before we left to let us know, and to bring it up to us.
