Avoid this retailer - Terrible experience - purchased Tempurpedic mattress online on Jan 1 for delivery on Jan 6. Raymour attempted to deliver on Jan 2 - not the date on the order - I have called their delivery department 6 times - no answer and no return call - engaged brick and mortar location - they cannot help with online orders and can only send an email to online department. 3K charge on my credit card, no mattress and status indicates delivered - which it’s not. Incompetent and broken fulfillment operation with poor customer success org.

Nobody greeted or helped me when I walked in, so I started trying out mattresses on my own. After a good 10-15 minutes, someone finally approached me who had been busy on their phone the entire time. At that point, it didn’t really feel like genuine help since I had already been helping myself. I eventually took my mattress shopping elsewhere. I will say they do have really nice options to try.

(Update: The store manager did eventually get on top of it and then stayed with it to get it resolved, so I bumped the review from 2 to 3 stars. But everything below is still accurate for what the few days after purchase felt like.)
Poor delivery and accountability messed up what could have been a good experience. I bought two mattresses and beds with good in-store help from Quentin, Ken and Eli. "Next day delivery" is promised on the website, and "Delivery in 3 days guaranteed" is promised on a big sign in store. We are then told that no next day delivery is available - OK, fine. On Day 2, the delivery comes, but not all of it - it's missing one of the two beds. The delivery depot head calls me, and promises the bed will come the next day.
Day 3: no word about delivery. I call customer service at 8:30am and 9:30am but get no answer, and no response to voicemails. I go back to the store at 10am; store manager says "Well, we sent them an email yesterday morning at 10:45am, and they never wrote back."
So now [as I originally wrote this review] we are heading into day 4 with no bed, sleeping on a mattress on the ground. It seems there is no "guarantee" of 3 day delivery. It is annoying having taken an extra day off of work today to wait for a delivery that was promised yesterday, but they didn't really mean it.
(The beds were eventually delivered on day 5 or 6, and the store manager gave us a gift card for the trouble, which I appreciated. But, just a heads up, don't plan as tight a turnaround as we did.)

I usually change my living room furniture every one or two years just for variety, and I’ve never had a bad experience, until now. I bought this sofa set for about $2,800, but it was never comfortable from the beginning and actually caused lower-back pain for me.😞Even after trying to sell it, no one wants to buy it in very low price when they realized the brand.
The sales assistants at the store were very kind, friendly, and helpful, so I have no complaint about the showroom itself.
If you’re looking for furniture that your body can relax on, or something that still holds value when you want to change it later, I truly recommend choosing another brand so you don’t end up with the same headache I did.
