Two missed deliveries on a living room set over two weeks Each time the salesperson checked that the furniture was in stock, and then the delivery was missed because it was actually out of stock.
We were offered a refund that would take 5 to 7 business days, but once that time passed we were told "we upgraded to a new system and previously refunds took 5 to 7 business days but now refunds can take up to a month". The same "system" was blamed for the missed deliveries.
Hopefully I'm the exception but it seems like this type of situation is a pattern in negative feedback for Raymour and Flanigan

I usually change my living room furniture every one or two years just for variety, and I’ve never had a bad experience, until now. I bought this sofa set for about $2,800, but it was never comfortable from the beginning and actually caused lower-back pain for me.😞Even after trying to sell it, no one wants to buy it in very low price when they realized the brand.
The sales assistants at the store were very kind, friendly, and helpful, so I have no complaint about the showroom itself.
If you’re looking for furniture that your body can relax on, or something that still holds value when you want to change it later, I truly recommend choosing another brand so you don’t end up with the same headache I did.

DONT SHOP HERE. Bought a couch 2 weeks ago. Didn’t get delivered. Planned a delivery last Tuesday waited all day. Didn’t come, no one answered me all day after calling customer service and the showroom till 6 pm. They said their computers were malfunctioning, apologized, and we will send next week. Yesterday was my scheduled delivery … SAME EXACT ISSUE. Couch never came. they said they would send the delivery next week, with little remorse. I refused, asked for a refund. It truly felt like they could care less, just an incredibly disappointing experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We purchased a mattress from this store and was told it would be delivered the next day. One week later and not only still not delivered, but they have stopped taking our calls.
Don’t shop here unless you want to be lied to.

We had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan this past Sunday! Our salesman, Ned, was professional, incredibly patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We had very specific measurements and needed to customize a sofa by purchasing different pieces, and Ned was the one who found the perfect solution when we couldn’t. Thanks to him, we now have a sofa that fits perfectly and looks great!
