Four weeks pass and I get a message that the sales associates had left something off the order. Asked for a new ETA and several weeks later am told the new ETA is 4 months after the original ETA. Totally unacceptable and they refused to issue a full refund or give a substantial discount from the original price. Will sadly need to dispute with my credit card company!
