We were offered a refund that would take 5 to 7 business days, but once that time passed we were told "we upgraded to a new system and previously refunds took 5 to 7 business days but now refunds can take up to a month". The same "system" was blamed for the missed deliveries. Hopefully I'm the exception but it seems like this type of situation is a pattern in negative feedback for Raymour and Flanigan

I bought this sofa set for about $2,800, but it was never comfortable from the beginning and actually caused lower-back pain for me.😞Even after trying to sell it, no one wants to buy it in very low price when they realized the brand. The sales assistants at the store were very kind, friendly, and helpful, so I have no complaint about the showroom itself. If you’re looking for furniture that your body can relax on, or something that still holds value when you want to change it later, I truly recommend choosing another brand so you don’t end up with the same headache I did.

Yesterday was my scheduled delivery … SAME EXACT ISSUE. Couch never came. they said they would send the delivery next week, with little remorse. I refused, asked for a refund. It truly felt like they could care less, just an incredibly disappointing experience.

Thanks to him, we now have a sofa that fits perfectly and looks great!
