Their fertilizing plan is second to none — our lawn has never looked greener or healthier! They clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to nourishing grass and keeping it vibrant all season long. The weed control program has also been a game changer. We used to struggle with stubborn weeds year after year, but since hiring [Your Company Name], they’ve been kept completely under control. It’s made a huge difference in the overall appearance of our yard. On top of all that, their responsiveness is fantastic.   Where do I start ?!! For starters, lack of integrity. I hired this company after they promised to deliver top-notch service to replace my previous landscaper. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was promised. From day one, the service has been inconsistent, rushed, and disappointing. I get unexpected charges for work and their team shows up only when it’s convenient for them. I’ve made multiple attempts to communicate my expectations, both directly and through clear instructions while they’re on my property. Still, those instructions are routinely ignored. The language barrier with the crew also makes communication a challenge, and there seems to be little accountability from management. Now I’m stuck in a contract, feeling frustrated and disappointed every time they show up. I’m sharing this in hopes of saving someone else from making the same mistake. If you’re looking for reliable, transparent, and professional landscaping services—keep looking.
